The City of Mineola is holding various types of property (valued at $100 or less) that were unclaimed and presumed abandoned as of March 1, 2024, and is subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Pursuant to Sec. 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the City of Mineola is publishing the names of those persons/entities for which the City of Mineola is holding unclaimed property valued less than $100.
