Junk in the Trunk is an outdoor event open to the public. The concept is you load up what you want to sell (your "junk") in your car, truck and/or trailer bring it to a shared & convenient location - the Mineola Civic Center.
If you are interested in selling items, you will need to lease a space. A parking space 13’ X 18’ is $15 in advance or a concrete RV Pad w/electric & water 12’ X 46’ is $50. Each space is $10 more on the day of the event. There is no admission fee for shoppers (who are not leasing a space). Food, animal, guns, and ammo sales are not allowed. You will need to bring any display items/signage/shade for your lease space.
The event begins at 9 AM, but sellers check in at the Newsom Street entry between 7:30 and 8:45 AM. The event is over at 2 PM. All items must be cleaned up by 3 PM.
