Marketing Department
The Marketing Department develops internal and external communications using visual and physical elements of advertising, technology, and social media.
The Marketing Department manages:
- The City website, mineola.com
- Social media for several City activities, attractions and events
- Marketing, advertising and promotion for Mineola and area special events
- "Shop Mineola", which educates residents about the benefits of shopping local and promotes local businesses
- The Marketing Director handles media relations for most departments.
Marketing information, flyers, Facebook posts and schedules are created and provided to Iron Horse Square to promote the Mini Train and Iron Horse Square Park.
