The Function of the Board of Adjustment: The Board of Adjustment serves as an appeal body for individuals seeking variances to the zoning ordinances or to a decision made by an administrative official enforcing the ordinance.

Meetings are held at 5:00 p.m. on an "as needed" basis in City Hall Council Chambers at 300 Greenville Highway (US 69 N) Mineola, TX 75773.

Members of the Board of Adjustment are appointed by City Council.
